Frequently asked questions for class schedule

Why is there more than one of the same class in my recommendation letter?

Many of our Junior level classes are offered at multiple times, to share with you this flexibility, we have included all current offerings for the recommended class.

Why do I not see recommendations for everyone in my family?

  • Recommendations are provided only for actively enrolled students who are taking group dance, musical theater, acting and aerial classes.

  • Recommendations are provided only for students eligible to take Junior, Apprentice and Senior level classes.

Is a spot in a recommended class guaranteed?

Recommended classes are provided to guide you in selecting classes during registration:

  • A class recommendation does not guarantee a spot in the class. Each class has a maximum student capacity.

  • The recommendation is also made based on assumed return of current students; based on the actual registered enrollment, we may alter our recommendation.

The proposed schedule has some conflicts/ overlapping classes in it, what do I do?

While we try to set the schedule to minimize overlaps, with variety of classes and student interests we sometimes cannot avoid an overlap. If your desired classes are overlapping based on our suggestion, please reach out to the studio at 561-575-4422 and we will work with our teachers to see if a solution to accommodate can be identified.

Why are Aerial classes are shorter this year?

The director of our aerial arts program made the decision this year to change the program structure and shorten the classes. Level 1 and 2 classes will be 1 hour while level 3 and 4 classes will be 1 1/4 hours. As part of this redesign, we are strongly encouraging Aerial students to add ballet, acro or strength & conditioning classes. We have included age leveled suggestions for acro and strength & conditioning. For students who are interested in a ballet placement, please reach out to the studio at 561-575-4422.
